If an item is returned to us due to the buyer not collecting it from their sorting office or due to the buyer providing an incorrect or incomplete address the following applies. We will only re-send the item once the buyer has repaid for the necessary postage. Or as an alternative we will refund the cost of the item (but not the postage cost) once the buyer has agree to cancel the transaction. No restocking fee will apply. Should you be unhappy with an item we have sent you please contact us with in 3 days of the date of the receipt. Buyers can return items within 14 days of receiving their parcel. Buyers must pay the return postage and packaging costs on items returned. Items must be returned in their original packaging in a saleable condition. Once received we will request that you mutually cancel the transaction before a refund will be issued. No restocking fee will apply. This does not affect your legal rights.
